Discover El Paso’s 2024 Kermés: A Season of Fun, Food, and Festivities!

Are you ready for games, gorditas, and generously giving? 🎉 A kermés, also known as a kermesse, is a vibrant festival or bazaar hosted by Catholic churches to raise funds from summer through late fall. Similar to county fairs or trade days, these events are held outdoors and are typically free and open to the public. It’s a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the local culture while enjoying delicious food and exciting games. 🙏

I made a list in 2023 HERE and also wrote about my 1st time at a Kermes HERE. Check out the upcoming local bazaars and kermés in El Paso!
