Forgot to post pics of my lunch yesterday at Peter’s German Grill & Bakery. I stopped by to get some sausages and buns for a BBQ party and the lunch specials were too good to pass up.
This is the fried schnitzel with mushroom sauce and German potato salad. I used the freshly baked bread to mop up every bit of that delicious gravy. I heard him pound out the meat in the back to make it and I’m glad there’s a place that makes fresh schnitzel because I hate having to flatten it myself.
They carry a selection of beir and other specialty German items including my favorite mustard in a mug. They also have decadent homemade cakes.
