Yoga class for beginners on Saturday, March 30 from 4-5 pm. Attendees are being asked to bring a yoga mat and a bed sheet or towel that can be folded to use as padding for their knees. It’s recommended not to eat 1 hour before class and to please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to stretch.
