The City of El Paso’s Capital Improvement Department would like to invite you to a pre-construction community meeting to learn more about the Rio Grande Paved Trail Extension project.
This project with an approximate budget $689,000 includes the extension and construction of the Rio Grande Paved Trail just north to Country Club Road (approximately 1,625 linear feet), and will include the following amenities and services:
• Construction of an ADA compliant trail that includes the installation of benches, trash receptacles, a pet waste station, a kiosk, signage, handrails, chicanes, and a gate to restrict unauthorized vehicles from entering the area.
At the meeting, City staff will be on hand to answer any questions the public may have and listen to your input. This project is part of the City of El Paso’s commitment enhance El Paso’s comprehensive regional transportation system.
