Tuscan Cattle Co. – Locally raised and grazed Italian Chianina beef from La Union, New Mexico. We’ll have ground beef and steaks available at the market on Saturdays AND Charcoal Grilled Chianina Burgers

3Border Farm – Farm fresh organic leafy greens such as chards, spinach, and more!

NM Desert Valley Honey Farms – 100% Raw Natural Honey. Over a dozen different types of local honey to sample and purchase!

Licon Dairy Farm – Farm fresh asadero cheese, jalapeño cheese, and butter

Queso Cuauhtemoc – Farm Fresh Menonite Cheese
