The Parks & Recreation Department of the City of El Paso is hosting Halloween carnivals on Tuesday, October 31 from 4 PM to 7 PM. The events will feature jumping balloons, activities, games, and more. The following locations are participating:

7. Chamizal Community Center, 2119 Cypress Ave.
8. Galatzan Recreation Center, 650 Wallenberg Dr.
9. Gary Del Palacio Recreation Center, 3001 Parkwood St
