The City of El Paso will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for Fire Station No. 26., which is located at 9418 North Loop Dr., in El Paso’s Mission Valley.
Fire Station 26 is a newly renovated facility, which will provide additional fire protection and reduce emergency response times to this area of El Paso. Upgraded station amenities include:
• Building renovations to the interior and exteriors of the facility
• Upgrades to HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Condition site improvements to the parking lot and rock-wall
• ADA compliance improvements including accessible routes for the facility, and the restroom
• Expansion of bay opening for larger emergency vehicles
This $1.4 million dollar project is part of the City of El Paso’s commitment to maintaining its standing as one of the nation’s safest cities, strengthening community involvement in resident safety, taking proactive approaches to prevent fire/medical incidents, lowering regional risk, and improving public safety operational efficiencies.
