Saturday, November 18th is the opening day for WinterFest 2023 presented by Scherr Legate, PLLC! 2023 El Paso Winterfest opening day presented by @scherrlegate! Take a look at our program here to see the opening day lineup! The opening ceremony which includes the Parade of Lights will begin at 4:00pm with the parade at 6:30pm! This map will show you the available parking, and road closures during this time! Be sure to arrive early and get a good spot to watch the parade (El Paso's 28 year long tradition!)
