For littles this Halloween, I would recommend the City Wide carnivals. They're fun, organized and safe. We went last year and even though it was short, we were able to get some candy, have them jump in the bouncing house while waiting, and take pictures. I hear the Beast this year also has free family swimming indoors.
The lines moved smoothly and everyone was so nice. The kiddos in their costumes were so cute to see as well, especially the toddlers who were trick or treating for the 1st time. We were also able to hit our street trick or treating and go to bed in a normal hour.
