Drunk food is simply awesome for late night cravings. There's something about being under the influence that makes greasy, cheesy, and indulgent food even more irresistible. Whether it's pizza, french fries, or a big juicy burger, there's nothing quite like satisfying those late night cravings with some delicious drunk food. 
Well Mexico City has taken it up a notch with Costras or “scabs” and it sounds horrifying to eat, yet I think it's one of the most genius innovation in recent food history. It's basically a tortilla made of browned crusty white shredded cheese, wrapped around whatever fillings you usually get from a taqueria. I never thought I would be able to get one outside of Mexico City, but El Beso Taqueria just opened up, and it's LEGIT. 
The regular tacos are amazing as is, but they kicked it up a notch by offering Costras! It tastes like a quesadilla made sweet sweet love to a taco and blessed you with their offspring. Super decadent, cheesy, rich and fatty, it's definitely a late night food. Unfortunately, I ate it for lunch and immediately got the itis. 
This taqueria delivers an authentic and delicious Mexican dining experience with quality food, a diverse menu, welcoming atmosphere, excellent customer service, and affordable pricing. So many people already have found them, their meat is amazing and honestly you'll leave the place smelling like delicious tacos as well.
