2023 Borderland Chopin Festival

Proud to launch the 2023 Borderland Chopin Festival at UTEP Department of Music. El Paso had a tradition of a yearly Chopin Festival, lost when its organizer passed away. I want to continue that tradition expanding it to include concerts, masterclasses, lectures, community outreach, and a piano competition for El Paso (TX), Las Cruces (NM), Ciudad Juárez and Chihuahua (Mexico). Our guest for 2023 is the fabulous Magdalena Stern-Baczewska. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to March 2023.
