Hello everyone! Happy #nationalcesareanawarenessmonth I am happy to announce that I will be hosting a belly birthers circle! This is for anyone who has had a cesarean birth. At any stage postpartum and with any type of experience with cesarean! Please feel free to bring your kids/family. There will be activities for them to do and community watchers (please check in regardless). Bring your yoga mat or blanket. Lotion & oils for self massage will be provided or bring your favorite!
