FreeWho’s ready for our monthly cooking class? 



Our focus will be Healthy Eating for Beginners with a hands-on cooking demonstration. Learn about nutrients, portion control, and cooking with vegetables and fruits (including gluten-free and dairy-free options!) in a supportive community environment!
