Join us as we explore the complex flavors and rich history of mezcal, sotol, and other distilled agave-based spirits during a guided tasting of different varieties! This year, our Día de los Muertos celebrations are centered on the traditions and cultures of Oaxaca, the region in Mexico that creates 70% of mezcal produced. Participants can expect to learn more about the history, culture, and symbolism of agave-based spirits while sampling different varietals from Oaxaca and our own Borderland region.
