I'm so stinking excited because I know the owner is a perfectionist because she owns Saigon Market and VETS her products. The selection is minimal but she only stocks the best, especially for Vietnamese cuisine. 
She's got a deal with Lee's Sandwiches to make banh mi sandwiches as well and I'm excited since I don't have to make it at home anymore.
