Every year Operation Hope hosts their annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway.
This year it will be held at the Rock Faith Center in east El Paso on Saturday
The food distribution will start at 9 A.M. at the center at 11201 Armour Dr.
The Thanksgiving giveaway will be a drive-thru style event and only one turkey will be given per vehicle, no walk-ups will be allowed.
Angel Gomez with Operation Hope said baskets will be given out with other complimentary items for Thanksgiving dinner.
“Open up your trunk you'll get your turkey you'll get milk, you'll get bread, you'll get all sorts of food,” said Gomez.

In addition to a frozen turkey, families will receive “fresh produce, Coca-Cola product, Goya foods products and other non-perishables,” according to the event post.
