PAW-lo-ween Carnival with the Humane Society of El Paso

Witches and goblins are taking over the Humane Society! Join us for our First Annual PAW-lo-ween Carnival on October 31st from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
Enjoy a family-friendly event and break out your spookiest costume to enjoy all the fun; a $10 donation will give you ten tickets to play games, a spooky treat, a raffle ticket, and a ticket to vote in our shelter animal costume contest.
