– Bring your photo ID that verifies that you live in Texas.
– Not already be participating in the education classes at Guiding Star.
– Be a parent of a child under 36 months OR
– Be pregnant or be the biological father of an unborn child.
In order to receive FREE diapers and wipes, you will need to attend a class that will be offered every hour.
