We had an unexpected early release day today, and the weather was gorgeous! 
We spent some time harvesting and cleaning up the garden and front yard. I hope this doesn’t offend anyone, but plants were killed. 
It might take longer to do with the kids, but they’re learning important life skills. It’s so cool for them to see the entire life cycle of a plant and then get to eat what they grew!
