Desert Downs BMX Track had an open house last week where the kids got to go and try out the tracks. There was also a race, so I sent the hubby and kiddos out while I caught up on chores around the house. 🏁
They reported back that they had a blast and the kids got to learn how to ride standing on a bike. The community was welcoming and patient. The kids got to let loose and get dirty and run around the tracks. My son got a big scrape on his elbow but there was a first aid booth and they patched him right up. ⛑️
Definitely another hidden Northeast gem and another great activity for the kids including younger kids since they also have balance bikes. 🚴💨
