What an amazing afternoon at the KLAQ Halloween Parade! 
We made the trip since it was only 8 minutes away from the Detail Guyz, and I’m so glad we did! 
Arrived around 3 PM, and finding street parking was a breeze. Plus, we stumbled upon a trunk or treat at a nearby church with free parking—score!

Plus, we stumbled upon a trunk or treat at a nearby church with free parking—score! We found a shady spot to settle in, and I went live to share the fun while my kids passed out Trunksgiving invitations. The sense of community here is incredible! 
Everyone was so friendly—people were picking up trash and keeping the area clean while looking out for the kids. 
Everyone was so friendly—people were picking up trash and keeping the area clean while looking out for the kids. A sweet gentleman even noticed my son wasn’t feeling well and shared some of his candy with him. Moments like that are what make this parade special! 
It was heartwarming to see neighbors enjoying themselves, kids bouncing with excitement for more candy, and the hilarious commentary from the lady behind me reminiscing about her childhood. 
This parade has such a small-town charm, unlike the organized Disneyland parades or the big Rose Bowl parade we’re used to. Here, you’re part of the action, and that makes it truly magical!
