Still thinking about this amazing charcoal latte at Mamacitas inside the Hotel Indigo downtown.

It was my first time there and surprisingly it wasn’t Mexican themed, as the name suggests, but Indian!

We were on a schedule that night for Galentine’s, but stopped for a quick refresher of coffee and dessert, and it was worth it.

The coffee was creamy, rich, smooth, and warmed me up. It also didn’t turn my teeth black as I feared.

That dessert was so decadent. It was a chocolate ganache I believe with fruit and it was just absolutely gorgeous.

One bite was so satisfying, if you’re on a diet, this would be the dessert for you. It satisfied all 4 of us and we had leftovers!

I want to go back and fully explore the menu. It’s pretty exciting to see different flavors in El Paso. They’re also open late.

Come out and support local!
