I've been waiting for this place to open! This was their soft opening and the pho was light, very generous with their serving size, and the veggies were super fresh.
The Vietnamese owners are from San Diego so they bring the super fresh and authentic pho I'm used to in California! They're gonna also start carrying freshly squeezed sugar cane juice with kumquats from a California farm!
They have a limited menu until they fully staff up, but this is an amazing place for authentic pho and appetizers such as spring rolls with peanut sauce (beautifully wrapped). And crunchy meat filled eggrolls. I'll definitely be back.
