Just had an amazing experience last week at Shelby Shack inside Casa Ford! 
This hidden gem is tucked away in the back of the dealership, and it feels like a secret clubhouse. I first spotted the sign in the lobby, but when I bought my car on a Saturday, I found out they’re only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM. So when my plates came in, I couldn’t wait to check it out on a weekday! 
The ambiance is cozy, and you can actually watch your car being worked on while you enjoy your meal. The prices are fantastic! 
The chef was super nice and made the best salsa ever! I tried the comida corrida (meal of the day) with crunchy shell tacos filled with shredded beef, and it was delicious for the price. Plus, the refreshing lemonade was a perfect complement. 
I loved the friendly vibe; it was clear that everyone knows each other. I saw a lot of employees enjoying their lunches there too!
The only downside? The seats in the booth are pretty old, and the springs have definitely worn out, so it feels like you’re sitting in a pit—not very comfortable. 
Overall, Shelby Shack has great service and amazing food. I’m definitely going back to try their burgers next!
