The event starts at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, at the University of Texas at El Paso’s Undergraduate Learning Center, Room 106, located at 2151 Wiggins Way. Free public parking is available on the top level of the Sun Bowl garage, located at 2522 Sun Bowl Drive.
