Had a business meeting yesterday and checked out Umami Revolving Sushi!

What a cute spot with fun decorations! When I first walked in, it felt a bit overwhelming—like a maze! 
The booths are set up so you can see the little revolving food plates going around the entire place. My friends were already seated, and as soon as I sat down, our waiter popped up to take my drink order.

They kept checking on us, even though they were kind of hiding out in the back. We never had to look for them; they were looking out for us! 
The concept is similar to other revolving sushi bars. You grab the items as they rotate by, with different plates labeled at varying prices. There’s also a menu with more extensive options, but since it’s so new, many pictures weren’t available. So, we stuck to ordering what we could see, which turned out to be pretty decent! The portions were large, and the ingredients were fresh. 
It seems like this place prioritizes quantity over quality; even the sashimi was a hefty mouthful rather than the traditional cut.

It’s comparable to Sunny Sushi prices, but I still think LA Hibachi and Sushi offers a better deal. However, it’s a fun and unique experience—perfect for date nights or families with kids!

One downside: they didn’t explain the pricing or how to use the plates. I had to help my friend figure it out since this was a new experience for us! You drop the plates in after finishing, which makes it easier for them to collect. Plus, you get scores, and a cute video plays—you might even win a prize! 
We didn’t win, but since we spent over $100, we received a $10 voucher for our next visit, which was a nice touch!
