This is why I love El Paso! 
This morning, I met up with a new friend who’s letting me borrow her La Caja China box to roast a whole pig for Thanksgiving. 
It’s a bit pricey and a last-minute plan, but she only used hers once for a celebration and encouraged me to borrow it instead. Her husband even helped clean it with a power washer early this morning, and we took it to my friend’s house.
