When I first moved here, we bought our house sight unseen and when we closed on the property, the owner didn't want to move out because it was a divorce sale. They stayed well past 6 hours and didn't charge me more than $100 for the extra 3 hours spent. I will always be grateful for their professionalism and courtesy. 👮♀️
