Today, I met up with the team at Economy for a walk-through of the event. We have an amazing lineup planned for this Saturday from 4-9pm at Economy Wholesale Grocers Zaragoza!
We've got over 60 vendors, with 25 of them serving delicious Asian-themed food. Get ready for a culinary adventure! 
On top of that, we have fantastic entertainment lined up, including performances by the Pie Sisters, Taiwanese Fan Dancers, Karaoke, Bollywood dance, and a jaw-dropping 40+ car show.

We've already received an overwhelming response with over 1200 RSVPs since Monday. This kind of enthusiasm is extraordinary for El Paso, where people usually don't RSVP for anything. We're expecting a massive turnout, and it's my hope that everything runs smoothly so we can make this an unforgettable experience and do it all over again in the future!

In addition, I'm thrilled to share that we've raised over $2,000 so far for the Metroplex Asian Society, dedicated to providing scholarships!
