Persian Cuisine in El Paso

Persian food is my personal favorite and I love sharing it with people around me. El Paso has a treasure in Tasty Kabob.

Chicken and Ground Beef Skewers Platter with Rice and Salad

It's authentic Persian food from the bread (lavash) to the juicy koobideh (meat skewers), hubby's personal favorite is the doner kabob meat which is a mix of lamb and beef.

Gyro (lamb and beef) plate with salad and rice.

You really can't go wrong with any of the dishes there and the portions are massive. I want to try their stews next but any of the rice dishes will be incredibly savory, buttery, and if you add some sumac, it'll also be lemony and tart.

Soltani Plate with ride and grilled tomato, beef skewers.

Everyone I've taken there has never been there even though it's won lots of awards and was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. They've lived in El Paso for many years and never had it, and everyone I've taken now loves it.

So come out and support local and try new flavors, you might love it too!
