Learn from my Halloween experiences last year:
The KLAQ parade is fun, but kinda disorganized. We took our own bench and waited in a spot with others on a sidewalk corner and at the last minute people showed up and stood in front of us on the street. You can't see much unless you're tall or standing on something.
After the tragedy in Seoul where 150+ and counting have died because of disorganized crowds, I don't want to risk my kids since they're still small. One positive thing that came out of it was that I discovered Happy Burger and their amazing cheap Gorditas!
