I didn't get a chance to take hubby to Austin with me as he was sick. We were planning on going for his birthday and Valentine's, and I was going to take him to @franklinbbq . I ended up taking @reika_pug instead on a GALentine's trip, but I still owed him some amazing BBQ. 🤠
Thank goodness for @rollinsmokebbqtx because their BBQ is just as amazing without the 3 hour wait and they have plenty of Dino Ribs available on Saturday and Sunday. They're also open later than most and have a full bar and it's a fun local spot. 🍖🍻
Their brisket is perfectly balanced and smoked and they have Dino Ribs on lock. Their BBQ sauce is ridiculous, especially on their baby back ribs. I saw so many people walking away with Mason jars of sauce alongside their BBQ. What can I say El Paso loves their sauces…🫙
My meat loving daughter was in Dino Ribs heaven. She called herself a meat-a-saurus after devouring a lot of that meat…that Dino Rib and side fed 2 adults and 2 kids tonight.🦖
We have a gem in our own backyard, no need to go to Austin. You shouldn't miss out on this incredible barbecue spot, the meat is never dry, and the service is amazingly nice. It's owned by locals that grew up here in El Paso and still give back supporting local teams and schools. 🚸
So come out and support local and taste the 1st and last BBQ stop in Texas. It's all you need. 👍
