I'm probably aging myself, but do you remember Nickelodeon's Super Toy Run contest where they awarded two grand prize winners a 5-minute shopping spree in a Toys ‘R Us or Kay-Bee Toys (1989-1994). 🎊
When the race started they were given an unlimited number of shopping carts and free reign of the entire store to collect as many toys as they could before time expired. As each shopping cart filled up, the contestant would have to return to the start line and pick up a new cart before heading back out into every other child’s fever dream. Think of it as “Supermarket Sweep” for kids!🤣
Well, @thefranciscomortgageteam and I did that tonight for the Armed Forces of El Paso's @toyfortots toy drive. They called them and told Joyie Jonas Francisco that there weren't many toys at all for the 0-3 year olds. 🥺
So @thefranciscomortgageteam raised $1200 to buy and collect toys for them. We went shopping at Walmart and the store managers and workers helped us with sorting, paying, loading, and packing the toys. 🛒📦👏
With 5 kids and 2 moms on a mission, we needed all the help we can get! We're so grateful for the team at Walmart Paseo Del Norte and we apologize for cleaning out their infant toys and 3 and under toy section. It's for a great cause! We ended up with 4 full carts of toys to donate! 🤗

I love supporting local and the team @thefranciscomortgage are certainly living that life, helping out our local community and giving back not only their money but their time and skills as well.
